www-apps/moinmoin-1.2.3 uses deprecated webapp-apache eclass and should not be stable. >=www-apps/moinmoin-1.3.5-r1 has been fixed, should be stabilized and the  broken version removed from the tree.

Affected archs: x86, ppc, sparc; please CC them once you've decided which version you want to stabilize. Thanks!
