While attempting to configure a pptp connection to work I've been messing around with pptp configurations and was sad to find this error message when seeing if I could get a tunnel going from my box.  The pptpconfig application fails with the following messages: 
  pptpconfig: this PHP is not built with configure --enable-pcntl
  pptpconfig: stopping a tunnel may result in application exit

  Fatal error: Call to undefined function:  pcntl_wifexited() in /usr/bin/pptpconfig.php on line 1336

when I attempt to start a tunnel.

I have attempted to rebuild with pcntl enabled and pptpconfig still seems convinced that I don't have pcntl enabled.

Reopen with emerge -pv =dev-lang/php-4* output and attach (don't paste) php -i output as well.
