app-misc/multimon would make more sense residing in media-radio. It does stuff like converting pager signals captured with a scanner (the radio kind).

I think for simplicities sake, we will leave it where it is.

Categories....you should be using something else to find packages I think; esearch or eix or packages.gentoo.org

Since it is maintainerless it will probably stay where it is.
