Gentoo_BootX_Install1.8 in livecd-ppc-281202 has an incomplete file name so
macos doesnt know what to do with it!

According to a previous disk this was (may have changed?)
Gentoo_BootX_Install1.8.sit.hqx.

Actually the name isn't truncated (it is uncompressed but missing the
.Appledouble extensions).  Also this installer is not applicable anymore and
shouldn't be on the ISO anyway (it is hard coded for old layouts).

Going to mark this one invalid, and cc pieter so that he removes the installer
for next ISO build.

pvdabeel:  can you take this out of your files dir (hopefully pending a new
installer TBA)
