Games team, that is the section specific to freebsd platform, as they annoy me out of any measure by renaming everything related to SDL :P

Definitely make sure this gets accepted upstream.  I'm adding zakk to CC so he sees the patch, too.

This bug is not legitimate for upstream. Check out the SVN version of the Makefile, which has no sdl1-config.

It looks like this is needed upstream, zakk.  Just do a search for sdl11 and you'll find it.  It's in the FREEBSD section.

The package was patched before it went upstream, but yeah, it is best to just get the patch accepted upstream, then roll a new snapshot here.
