Comment 2 Diego Elio Pettenò (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-05-23 13:26:46 UTC
Games team, that is the section specific to freebsd platform, as they annoy me out of any measure by renaming everything related to SDL :P
What you think?
Comment 3 Diego Elio Pettenò (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-05-23 13:43:08 UTC
Will test-build on defiant tomorrow and later.
Comment 4 Chris Gianelloni (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-05-23 14:32:18 UTC
Definitely make sure this gets accepted upstream. I'm adding zakk to CC so he sees the patch, too.
Comment 5 Zachary Slater 2006-05-23 15:00:44 UTC
This bug is not legitimate for upstream. Check out the SVN version of the Makefile, which has no sdl1-config.
Comment 6 Diego Elio Pettenò (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-05-24 16:27:13 UTC
Thanks a lot Robert, patch and keyword added.
Comment 7 Chris Gianelloni (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-05-25 06:34:46 UTC

It looks like this is needed upstream, zakk. Just do a search for sdl11 and you'll find it. It's in the FREEBSD section.
Comment 8 Zachary Slater 2006-05-25 09:23:01 UTC
Doh, sdl...1...1 not sdl...1

Fixed in the SVN now.
Comment 9 Chris Gianelloni (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-05-25 11:21:38 UTC
Thanks... =]
Comment 10 SpanKY gentoo-dev 2006-05-25 17:38:01 UTC

dont patch this package, just tell me to roll a new snapshot :P
Comment 11 Chris Gianelloni (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-05-26 13:14:43 UTC
The package was patched before it went upstream, but yeah, it is best to just get the patch accepted upstream, then roll a new snapshot here.
