Problem:
During Patching stage of ebuild,  Patch bash31-10 fails.  Wierd stripping rules seem to lead to a suggestion of a misformed patch file

Steps to duplicate:
1. "emerge =bash-3.1_p17"
2. Sit bach
3. Fail

Applies just fine here... Delete the patches and try again.
