Perhaps this could be made clear on the mirrors list.
Otherwise non-NGI people end up making lots of unnecessary requests, with a pile of index.html.<N> files appearing in their distfiles area (from the redirected requests).

Zedr,

I must remove your mirror from our mirror listing if it only serves your own customers. Please also if you could remove the cronjob to sync to our master private mirror that would be very much appreciated. Our public mirrors are required to serve the public, and restricting it to just your customers is against our policy.
