works fine on amd64 If any one offers me a test script (plus expected return values), I could try Alpha ... x86 done alpha stable. The tests are part of the ebuild, just emerge pycrypto with FEATURES=test USE=test as described in this bug report and it will run the tests automatically. There is no need to do it now since I just marked it stable (all tests passed). I would like to thank you for offering to help test this package.
