Your rsync mirror 193.4.195.6, which is part of the rsync.is.gentoo.org rotation is not responding to our connect attempts.

Please check/rectify the same ASAP

Admin email johann@firmanet.is is not on Bugzie. Proceeding to remove mirror from ACL and DNS.
