I managed to emerge gnash on amd64. 
Maybe this could me marked ~amd64?

Hm, this bug is about gnash 0.7.1, the bug you marked this as duplicate of was for an old version. 0.7.1 is running fine on amd64, that's why the blocker of bug 132216 is marked as fixed.
