the stikeforce mod ebuild in portage points to a website that does not have the zip file :/

Fixed the download location, leaving bug open as enhancement request.

Hint to the reporter: You had better made this two seperate bugs, one request for the new version and one error report about the broken URL

the reason this hasnt been added yet is they've only released 1.81 as a win32 .exe ... 
 
doesnt help us linux users too much :(
