Guile was dropped from 1.5 back to 1.4 in gentoo to get gnome-games to build.
But this has affected gnome-utils, which requests guile 1.5. Thus:

   Warning: couldn't find match for >=dev-util/guile-1.5 in   
   gnome-extra/gnome-utils-1.4.1.2

When i run emerge --world update

Fixed this already.
