I'm not sure, but the problem IS NOT REALLY in a "hardware or OS problem". Sorry, I do not know, how to get the "preprocessed source".

does it crash always at the same file or why are you sure that it is not a hardware-related issue? did you change your ram?

Yes, it crashed always at the same file, I checked it carefully.

Yes, I had hardware problems with my ram, and some time ago I had built firefox. It seems, this is really a hardware problem. I'm sorry, the issue may be closed.
