When requesting ebuilds, at least add some description and URL. We can't guess.

Ebuild attached for 0.6.4 - this builds with no errors on my machine, but may need additional dependencies to work - I was going to add a umfpack USE flag, but I'm unable to get umfpack to compile on my machine at the moment so couldn't test.

I'm trying to learn how to write ebuilds but I can't find documentation for non-autotools based compiling. This package the main component of the fenics multiphysics software which can be downloaded http://www.fenics.org/wiki/Download

Created attachment 239625 [details] ebuild for Dolfin 0.9.8 This is a first attempt on an ebuild for the 0.9 series, using Scons as build system. It needs quite a few dependencies which are not yet in Portage, particularly if used with +python, but I'll but them up bugs.gentoo.org instantly. It all compiles fine for me now, but I still can't run my Dolfin Python program here b/c of an error with dev-python/instant. Will post on this later. Cheers, Nico
