I have emerged openoffice-2.0.1 (not -bin)
and I have LINGUAS="cs en" in my make.conf
but czech spellchecker and hyphenation does not work in openoffice
even this is available due to official openoffice info
at http://cs.openoffice.org/

Note: I have used czech spellchecker and hyphenation in openoffice
for long time in madriva 2005LE e.g.

more info:

note I have set:
Tools / Options / language Settings / Languages: Language of / Locale setting: "Czech"
Tools / Options / language Settings / Languages: Default languages of document / Western: "Czech" 

but no hyphenation module and no spellchecker module is available for language "Czech" in dialog...

Use File > Wizards > Install new dictionaries for that, we don't provide the dictionaries ourself atm
