The -r1 ebuild for kbd-1.06 passes either --enable-nls or --disable-nls to the
configure script.  The kbd-1.06 configure script, however, does not accept the
--enable-nls option, and exits with 'usage: configure [--datadir=DATADIR]
[--mandir=MANDIR]' when the --enable-nls option is used.

It appears that kbd-1.06 builds with NLS support unless --disable-nls is used.

now fixed.
