media-plugins/xmms-xosd-2.0.1 should require x11-libs/xosd-2.0.1 but it requires
x11-libs/xosd-2.0.0.  Every time I:

emerge rsync
emerge -up --deep world

It will say that I should upgrade to xosd-2.0.1, but the next time I sync and
upgrade, it will suggest that I downgrade back to xosd-2.0.0 because the
xmms-xosd-2.0.1 package requires the older version.  I've attached
xmms-xosd-2.0.1-r1.ebuild which requires the correct version.

the new ebuild.  If this is wrong, please let me know.	I'm very new to bug
reporting (which is why I'm working on the "small" stuff)
