in kmail-1.9.1 on kde 3.5.2 i can't use crypto anymore, 
'Configure->Security->Crypt backends' insists i should have Chiasmus, and i can't deselect that.
'Tools->Certificate Manager' also throws an error from Kleopatra:
"The crypto plugin could not be initialized.
Certificate Manager will terminate now."
