seq24 0.8.6 is released. Please upgrade the (very old) version in portage As a quick fix, you can copy the media-sound/seq24 to your portage overlay, and then just: cp seq24-0.7.0.ebuild seq24-0.8.6.ebuild ebuild seq24-0.8.6.ebuild digest emerge seq24 I tried this, and found out that seq24-0.8.6 builds fine with the otherwise unmodified ebuild, and works too...
