The ebuild notifies the user that 'To enable, you will need to add "-D MAILMAN" to /etc/conf.d/apache2.'

However the ebuild installs old version of apache configuration. It SHOULD install  '50_mailman.conf' instead of 'mailman.conf'. The difference with these files is that the old version doesn't support "-D MAILMAN".
