app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-gtklibs-2.8.8 specifies an incorrect RDEPEND string
(no parenthesis' around a useflag based depend atom).

Fixed in CVS, thanks for pointing this out.

You should look into becoming an arch tester, take a look here for more info:

Not sure I have enough free time required to be an arch tester... 
I basically just file bugs about stuff i encounter while using my system (or stuff that I find irritating ;) )

Although, I'll keep it in mind if I get more time on my hands =)
