Updated version of Pan to fix several bug issues from 0.90. I don't have time to do an ebuild, but look at bug 128584 to get started.

Bug fixes:
Fixed crash when downloading header with false positive multipart subject.
Fixed missing References header in followups
Fixed rpm spec file errors.
Fixed 64-bit build errors.
Fixed OS/X build errors.

Usability:
Article deletion now works.
When in tabbed mode, automatically jump to the right tab when loading a group or article.
If the user specified a username/password, authenticate when connecting to the server, whether the server asks for it or not.
