Should be using mkinstalldirs instead, probably. You are using modular X? If the answer is related to xorg-x11-7.0-r1, then yes. Hi Martin, Please try emerging x11-misc/imake and then re-emerging raster3d. This should probably be a dependency in the ebuild.
