Upgrade of bugday.gentoo.org to xhtml-1.0 strict and apply the "classic" theme to it. Working with gurliegebis on this.

Main page is now xhtml-1.0 strict with valid "classic" style sheet.

Todo:
* add bug, add category, remove category and edit user privs pages.
* integrate new html into php templates.
