I think the ebuild can be simplified now to the attached one,
using virtual/ghc as dependency. Works fine for me. I don't
see any reason apart from the category question (I would favor
dev-haskell) for not including it anymore.

A happy ebuild has been added now as dev-haskell/happy for ~x86. Thanks, Peter, for submitting and helping to sort out the issues with GHC and nhc98! Closing the bug. Please test! Just installed happy through the portage system: Worked just fine. No problems that I'd be aware of. fine -> close |
