Attached to this report is the submission of an ebuild file for the
documentation generation tool "haddock" for the Haskell programming language. I
propose that this be added in dev-util.

Please note: The package depends on GHC being installed. Since GHC is not yet
fully integrated into Gentoo, users must have it installed manually. The ebuild
will find the binary in the $ROOTPATH. If it is not there, the user should
manually set $GHC appropriately.
