knotify is part of kdelibs but gets built only with arts useflag enabled on it. Did you disable arts useflag globally? I have arts in my make.conf. Just to double check, I recompiled kdelibs-3.5.2 again with no effect. [ebuild R ] kde-base/kdelibs-3.5.2 USE="alsa arts cups openexr spell ssl tiff zeroconf -acl -debug -doc -jpeg2k -kdeenablefinal -kerberos -xinerama" 0 kB It builds artmessage which is in the same arts subdir in kdelibs tarball |
