When I have almost finished installing Gentoo (after Handbook),
there was a message attached to emerge output during install of
syslog, cron and bootloader, that informs me that I should run
etc-update for more than 10 config files. But there is no info
in the handbook about this, but it should be IMHO.

May be it is caused by the fact, I have done bootstrap and emerge -e system,
in that case please close this bug as invalid, thanx.
