My three year old son's favorite program.  Dress Tux and other fun activities.

Stickers. Stickers Book is a program which lets you place images on a 
background scene. 
LFK's review: Small children will love Stickers ! The program let you add 
predefined images to a background scene. There are different categories such 
as fish, farm animals, car, etc. The buttons are large, so mouse position is 
not critical. There is an undo, zooms, and an eraser.
