Emerging screem in gnome 2.14 gives me that error :

Patch

I am not 100% certain this is the proper fix, and really, this could be done with a sed easier than a patch, but my sed-fu is weak, so here is a patch that removes the -DDISABLE_*, I have compiled screem locally, and it appears to work fine here.
