I emerged prewikka and then tried to follow the directions for installation (as noted in the post_install message), but was unable to.

1) setup.py doesn't get installed (it is in the original tarball though)
   I was guessing that it was just run during the installation, but the installation does not appear to be complete because of reason 2:

2) /etc/prewikka and /etc/prewikka/prewikka.conf do not exist
   If setup.py was run, wouldn't these be created?  If not, the ebuild should probably create them... (with sane defaults too?)

Further notes about this bug:

I have successfully installed prewikka by simply creating /etc/prewikka and /etc/prewikka/prewikka.conf.  I will provide a patch for the ebuild shortly with default values from the prelude site install docs.

This is an ebuild that includes /etc/prewikka and /etc/prewikka/prewikka.conf as part of the installation.  I emerged it on my system and I could verify the presence and contents of the file.
