Sorry committed to fast.... (her is the rest) Meanwhile worked perfectly on my kopete 3.5.1 with meanwhile library 0.4.2. The portage tree has a new version of meawhile library (version 1.0.2). The library compiles whitout problems. When loading kopete, it ignores the meanwhile connection. When trying to create a new connection with the meanwhile library it says "cannot load the meanwhile protocol plugin". I tried removing all the config files and also tried to recompile kopete but nothing worked. kopete explicitely depends on =net-libs/meanwhile-0.4* (see the ebuild). closing my old bugs |
