While people may keyword this with some testing, there is a better csv module included with python >= 2.3 and I can only think that this module is soon to disappear (indeed -- 1.0 was released in 2002) See through the link for more information on the included csv module: http://www.python.org/doc/2.3.2/lib/module-csv.html (In reply to comment #1) > While people may keyword this with some testing, there is a better csv module > included with python >= 2.3 and I can only think that this module is soon to > disappear (indeed -- 1.0 was released in 2002) > > See through the link for more information on the included csv module: > > http://www.python.org/doc/2.3.2/lib/module-csv.html > Ok I thought it was weird that it was marked stable x86 and not unstable amd64 when I could install it perfectly on my machine. Thank you for the info. For now then, closing this as WONTFIX as this is a dying package. |
