Both /etc/init.d/mysql and /etc/init.d/mysqlmanager should provide "mysql" to other init.d scripts.

Doing this raise a warning of two scripts providing the same functionality. Actually both "mysql" and "mysqlmanager" are installed but the provide mysql is commented out in the last one, needing manual tweak by the user when needed.

Should the choice be done by some USE flag like "mysqlmanager" or "manager" ?
