hello all. i just bumped some older asterisk versions to fully fix bug #111836. that bug and the older ebuilds fixed the security issue, but introduced some bugs into the vmail.cgi script.

x86 please stabilize
  net-misc/asterisk-1.0.7-r3
  net-misc/asterisk-1.0.8-r2
  net-misc/asterisk-1.0.10-r1

sparc please stabilize
  net-misc/asterisk-1.0.8-r2
  net-misc/asterisk-1.0.10-r1

these older versions are needed because certain asterisk applications do not work with the newer versions.
