The ebuild that uses the patch
This ebuild utilizes patch 96997
And with 2006.1, the problem is a little different. It looks like the x86 stage3 files have been removed. With Richard's patch applied, I'm asking for the following file: ftp://gentoo.mirrors.pair.com/releases/x86/2006.1/stages//stage3-x86-2006.1.tar.bz2 The directory is fine, but here are the contents (for stage3): stage3-i686-2006.1.tar.bz2 stage3-i686-2006.1.tar.bz2.asc stage3-i686-2006.1.tar.bz2.DIGESTS There is no x86 stage file, only i686. Unfortunately, both the filename and directory name both use: DEVEL_CHROOTS_USER_DEFINED_ARCHITECT. And they need to be different in this case. So, it's either going to be necessary to add in new variable for the filename, or add in a set of stage3-x86-2006.1.tar.* files. Personally, I'd rather see the files added than to have 2 variable that are so closely related, but do different things... Jason Reassigned to maintainer-needed since both pappy and astinus are retired as Gentoo developers. Package removed from tree. |
