I did not knew the app-portage/g-cpan. Well, maybe it is possible to install the perl package through the q-cpan.

OK. Reopen if app-portage/g-cpan doesn't work for this package. There are already way too many perl modules in portage, so unless this is a dependency for something, using g-cpan.pl is preferred.
