Description FieldySnuts 2002-12-20 12:46:51 UTC
If I begin emerging anything which is NOT found on ibiblio, and is fetched at a
mirror instead, and then interrupt it and try to resume, this is what happens:

# emerge nmap
Calculating dependencies ...done!
>>> emerge (1 of 1) net-analyzer/nmap-3.10_alpha4 to /

I kill it manually. Now, let's try to resume:

# emerge nmap

    The file is already fully retrieved; nothing to do.

This happened to me back in portage 2.0.45 as well. I haven't seen anyone else
talking about this, so it makes me wonder if some utility portage uses is
goofing up.

I forgot to mention that almost everything I try to emerge is not found on
ibiblio lately. Again I wonder if this is only happening to me due to a very
specific condition? I would expect to be hearing a LOT more noise about that if
it were more widespread. But I may be wrong.
