xmame/xmess 0.104 files collide due to new rom tools that are installed with the packages. Also, the packages seem to be duplicates, looking at qlist (from portage utils)

These have the same sha1sum, for example:
/usr/games/lib/xmame/chdman
/usr/games/bin/chdman
and
/usr/games/lib/xmame/xml2info
/usr/games/bin/xml2info
