For some reason the SID plugin is not compiled...

configure line looks ok:

This has been fixed upstream:

Normally I'd go out and patch it for you, but a new release is pending, which I expect to go out within 5 days. Could you confirm that this patch fixes things for you please?

This has been addressed in release 0.2.2, which is now in portage.
