Your database is not setup correctly and your mythtv install is not configured at all. Your capture card is not configured properly. YOu'll probably need to delete the database entirely and start all over. Fix all of the above first and try again. Unix not supporting the device is a result of not including the OSS compat layer on top of ALSA in either the kernel or the ALSA driver ebuild. A config that is not really recommended since some apps still want OSS. However I have fixed that with an experimental patch in mythtv-0.19_p9163. However, just switching to that version won't fix any of the issues for you. Do the above 3 steps first. |
