without this lirc's eautoreconf will failed with info about missing autoconf in version at least 2.50 (when 2.59 is present).

currently WANT_AUTOCONF is specified later in ebuild

Solved this problem for lirc-0.8.0.

Please next time give the exact version the problem occurs with.
