I'm seeing this here too. I trust the fix is simply to comment out 'mdns off' in /etc/host.conf? (In reply to comment #1) Yes, at least that works for me. The exact error (for me) is: etc/host.conf: line 24: bad command `mdns off' And yes, commenting it out fixed the error, but I agree a new host.conf should be provided so when it hits x86 we don't have lots of scratching heads!! thought i scrubbed all the mdns bits but guess i missed that one fixed in cvs, thanks for the bug |
