Your system is misconfigured. What does 'hostname' return? See the install guide, and ensure that your domainname and hostname are configured. well. I don't think that is the issue but: http://www.mail-archive.com/toaster@shupp.org/msg02446.html Looks like there is memory issues with amd64 and tcpserver solution: set softlimit to 32 megabytes, looks like this is issue on amd64? Can someone from the amd64 herd please comment on this issue? Anyone? No response. reopen amd64: is this bug still present? if not, please close. I have 2 amd64 qmail servers and I have found that I needed to set the softlimit up on both. mailadm@mail ~ $ grep SOFT /var/qmail/control/conf-common SOFTLIMIT_OPTS="-m 33554432" Perhaps a amd64 patch is in order... mail-mta/qmail removed from the tree; if you have issues w/ netqmail, file a new bug please. |
