netpbm emerge looks for netpbm-10.20-manpages , which does not exist in /var/tmp/portage/netpbm-10.30-r1/work/  on a recent sync.   code below.


Netpbm has been successfully packaged under directory
 /var/tmp/portage/netpbm-10.30-r1/image//usr.  Run 'installnetpbm' to install it on your system.

you neglected to post `emerge info`

also, run `emerge netpbm >& log` and post the log as an attachment
