1/ Please, hide Gentoo Developers checkbox from the sight of ordinary bugzilla users, should only be available to wranglers and devs. It's being heavily misused by users for no reason.

2/ Gentoo Security checkbox should only be available for Gentoo Security product, otherwise bugs get lost until security guys run their search and un-restrict and re-assign the bug.
