Hi 
1) I have just upgraded from a very old kernel linux-2.6.11-gentoo-r5 -> linux-2.6.15-gentoo-r1. 
2) I'm doing an "emerge -D -N world" and it fails and complains about 
warning: failed to load external entity "db2omf.lang"
cannot parse db2omf.lang
3) I can reproduce this if I try to emerge gnome-doc-utils
4) Anyways here is the full text of the command "emerge -D -N world"

You didn't run revdep-rebuild as instructed to by sys-libs/readline ebuild.
