  major:  Conditional flag 'zlib' in DEPEND not in IUSE


Does this flag do anything? If it does, it should be passed to a configure script and listed in IUSE. If it doesn't, the dep should be fixed.

This use-flag once did something, but I've removed it a few weeks ago and seem to have missed this conditional flag. I've fixed this now.
