configure: error: dynsysbfd: invalid feature name

Applying sys-devel/flex/files/flex-configure-LANG.patch before econf in src_compile fixes this.

gcl-2.6.7 and gcl-2.6.6 are also affected and can probably be patched in the same manner.

Both available versions (2.6.7 and 2.6.7-r1) of dev-lisp/gcl fail on my system, caused by a failed epatch (sys-devel/flex/files/flex-configure-LANG.patch):
