It found's my modem but the configuration file is not created..
Programs Versions is:
wvdial-1.55
wvstreams-4.2.2
xplc-0.3.13-r1

(I run the wvdialconf as root) Also it is my first bug-report so sorry for any mistake..

fixed by wvdial-1.56.
